Unconfirmed appointments may be released to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within that timeframe, your deposit can be applied toward a future service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their deposit. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may have have the deposit added to next appointment .
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable the deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will not be refunded and will lose their deposit.
